Classes Resume / Teachers Blessed!

The second term of weekly Teacher Training Classes have resumed at the CEF office in Lautoka and will continue through late June. Our first sessions were conducted on Tuesday, 12th May and we were blessed to have 22 adults to attend the morning and evening classes.

These free training classes are perfect for Sunday School teachers, parents, pastors and other church leaders who want to have an effective children's ministry! The first hour of training is geared specifically for the teacher's heart and development. The second hour is dedicated to the demonstration of an entire hour of children's ministry. Our staff demonstrates a visualized Bible lesson, missionary story, songs, memory verses and review games! What an inspiration to the teachers who observe!

We were blessed this past week to distribute free CEF materials which had been generously donated by precious Christian friends and former CEF workers in New Zealand. Pictured here are the people who attended the training classes this week who went home with many "treasures of Bible lessons" of years gone by. We thank the Lord for these gifts which were passed on to CEF Fiji for distribution among teachers who love the boys and girls of Fiji!

Termination of Service

It is with deepest regret and sadness that Child Evangelism Fellowship of Fiji must inform the general public that Mr. SIKI MATEA has been terminated as a staff member of this Christian organization.

This termination is effective as of Wednesday, 13th May 2009. The termination comes about as a result of Siki's dishonesty and lack of integrity in Christian service. We love our brother in Christ, therefore, this announcement brings great heartache to the leaders and staff of CEF Fiji. We humbly request that you pray for Siki asking God to do a mighty work of restoration in his life.

Siki will no longer represent CEF Fiji in any way and is not authorized to act on behalf of this Christian organization.
